RETURN & REFUND TERMS

Please note that certain restrictions apply due to business, hygiene, and legal reasons. Additionally, product-specific guidelines (if mentioned on product pages) will take precedence over this general policy.

ELIGIBLE RETURNS

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • Defective Products – If the item received is damaged or defective

  • Incorrect Item – If you receive a product different from what you ordered

  • Product Mismatch – If the product does not match the images or description shown on the website

  • Size Issues – If the size received is incorrect compared to your order

Important Note

For defective, damaged, missing, or incorrect item complaints, an unboxing video is mandatory.
Without a clear unboxing video, we will not be able to process the return or refund request.

NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or Worn Items – Products that have been worn, washed, or soiled

  • Seal Broken Items – Once the original seal or tag is removed

  • Customer-Damaged Items – Damage caused after delivery

  • Hygiene-Sensitive Products (if applicable)

RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and unsoiled

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

  • The item must be returned in its original brand packaging

  • Replacement is subject to product availability

REFUND PROCESS

To initiate a return or refund request:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp

  2. Share the following details:

    • Your name

    • Order ID

    • Product images

    • Unboxing video (mandatory for defective/incorrect items)

    • A brief description of the issue

Timeline:

  • Request must be raised within 3 days of product delivery

  • If approved, the product must be returned within 7 days

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after the returned product passes quality checks.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after 12 hours of placement

  • If the order has not been dispatched, cancellation may be requested within the allowed time

  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible
